To add to this, I too have read elsewhere (and I believe confirmed by the park) that things are supposed to be much more substantial with the fountain by Memorial Day, in terms of water flow, patterns, colors, synched to music, etc. It isn't fully completed yet, but they opted to have them at least on for opening day. But it sounds like much more is to come. You can actually see the dorms being built from the Banshee cam on KI's website, but it's not particularly obvious to those who aren't aware of the site location. It's at the top center-rightish of the screen, just right of the greenhouses (I believe that's what those are): KI's Banshee Cam

Fantastic trip report of a lesser known park on the TPR boards. The theming is UNBELIEVABLE. That said, and I can't believe this hasn't been noted (unless I missed it), but funny they would be so proud of this logo, since it seems it was DIRECTLY copied from Gatekeeper:
