I don’t know, guys... I’m having a hard time making up my mind.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but stop doing this: so you can make people stand in this twice as long in the name of social distancing. Just load every seat.

I forgot about the ferris wheel. Luckily, she's considered advanced in her observational skills and attention span. That makes it fun to see her actually pay attention to things and interact with her, instead of just being constantly on the move. She'd love the ferris wheel.

Hi all! My friend and I made our first ever visit to Hersheypark this Saturday and had a blast. Thanks so much to everyone that gave us advice on how to make the most of our day - we rope dropped Fahrenheit and got in 2 walk-on rides and managed to get the Laff Track credit before the lines got longer than 15 min. The park was definitely very busy, and most of the major rides got up to a 1-2 hour wait during the day per the app, although it seemed like the app was most overestimating wait times. A couple bits of news for folks: - Lightning Racer (Left) was open and ran pretty well for a 20+ y/o GCI! The right side had its train on the track but it was covered in tarp. - Storm Runner didn't open or test at all on Saturday, but trains are on the tracks with water dummies. Super bummed we missed this, but definitely gives us reason to come back!

Waiting for a night ride on IR was worth it but it did come at the expense of doing some other stuff a little further down on the priority list. Never made it on the train, nor did Joel make in on Pirates and a few other things. We loved this park and will for sure go back one day.

We had a really fun day. The super windy lift hill was the scariest thing I have every done in a theme park; felt like you were going to blow right off the damn thing. Thanks so much for all the great pictures Bert and for being such a great host!! And I think you mean that Kim won a wheel from Iron Rattler but gave her ticket to her son like Moms tend to do It is now down in his room next to the chain dog from Mine Train at SFSTL he won a few years back (and ironically now works that ride) I texted the pic of us on WW to my husband and parents and had to then answer all sorts of inquiries regarding what it was and why it was a single rail and why we sat single file, much to Joel's embarrassment at his "GP" family, lol. And when Joel asked the park Pres about the "coast to coaster" name for Boomerang he said "you're right, it's dumb....that was before me!" HA!

Great reports like this remind me of how awesome this park is and how little time I actually got to spend at the park in November. I need to go back.

^Yeah, you should be fine. We went last Sunday no problem. If it's an especially nice weekend day you may see Volcano Bay close to capacity but the other parks should stay open with normal crowds.

Never rode it, and I had no intentions of ever doing so. I definitely have no regrets. This move (if it comes to pass) makes sense. My ultimate dream is for Kong to be removed and replaced with, well, any other roller coaster.

Ooooh that's fun. I need to know if it actually spins tho. I'd like to use it to launch chicken tenders across the room at Karens and/or smelly enthusiasts.
