Dunn Forest Amusement Park [RCT2]

In 1965, Michigan's department of agriculture approved a forest preserve named Keenshaw Forest Preserve near Gaylord, Michigan to be converted into an amusement park. What brought this on was the fact that the forest was previously having a ton of its trees being cut and people wanting to save what was left of the forest. So a man named Robert Dunn decided to purchase the clearing where the trees once stood to build an amusement park. In agreement with the D.A., he would not cut down the remainder of the forest's trees and would plant more trees within the park to restore some of the forest aesthetic. Also, there would be two height restrictions in place to keep the forest aesthetic intact. There would be a soft restriction of 100 ft. and anything higher than that would need the approval of Ostego County, and the hard restriction would be 150 ft. and could not be any higher than that. Keenshaw Forest would be renamed Dunn Forest, and the park would carry the name Dunn Forest Amusement Park. While the park itself would be fenced off, the rest of the forest would be preserved to its natural beauty. In 1969, construction of the park commenced and a few rides and a restaurant and gift shop would open on the property. The park would also have a star attraction in the John Allen-designed wooden roller coaster, the Comet, by Philadelphia Toboggan Company. The park would open its doors in 1971.

Here are some of the other rides in the park, thus far. We have the Ferris Wheel that goes over the midway, plus a Round Up ride called Psylo, a Scrambler, Swing Ride, bumper cars, and the Dunn Skyway Chairlift that takes you over to the main attraction if you don't want to walk over there...

...which is The Comet, a PTC, John Allen-designed out-and-back wooden roller coaster. It stands at 90 feet tall with an 85 foot drop.

The Skyway saves people from having to walk towards the Comet if they don't want to walk there with nothing between the other rides and the coaster. Plans are already underway to add more rides in this area soon. Also, as part of the growing of the park, in agreement with the Michigan Department of Agriculture, Dunn Forest will replenish trees within the park, and they had already started doing so around the chairlift. These trees can never be removed ever, unless one of them dies. The trees don't have to be planted immediately, but as areas of the park get more rides in it.

In 2002, a Direct3D programmer named Michael Gee released a program called Roller Coaster Rider, which displays RCT1 .sv4 files in 3D and lets you ride the rides (like coasters and water rides). An update that supports RCT2 .sv6 files was also made. Unfortunately, this program was shareware, with the demo version (that only lets you display inverted coasters and mine trains) being the only thing available. The full version, which costed 10 dollars, is lost to this day, and has yet to resurface. The domain of the program's website went down around 2006-2007, which made this thing be lost. I am making this thread to see if there's anyone that might still have a copy floating around, as I find this program interesting to mess around with.

Forlindon [RCT2] (New release of old park)

This is a park where I’ve been working on for the last 2 years. It’s without CS, so it has an old-school RCT2 look, and has no real story, but every attraction fits in a themed area and has a story to match the theme of the area. The park is finished, at the bottom you’ll find a download, but any comments and remarks are highly appreciated.

The entrance, with plaza. At the end of the plaza, there’s a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake. At the left, you’ll find toilets, first aid and cash machine, at the right side of the plaza there’s an information desk and a souvenir store.

The coaster located behind the store and information desk is an GCI Twisted wooden coaster, called Schefferville Wood Company. It runs with the beloved Millennium Flyer trains.

At the other side of SWC, the park installed a custom Mack Powered Coaster, named Kolindo. This familycoaster takes visitors through a part of the O’Conner park, twice! At the neighboring building, there’re shops installed. The next attraction at this O’Conner park is a race circuit (Sir E. Sterlion Circuit) dedicated to a former, very famous, racing driver: Sir Edward Sterlion. Here you can show you’re racing skills, or just watch others pass at one of the stands.

Schefferville Manson, an old mansion which is haunted nowadays. This used to be the main family property of the O’Conners, but intrigues and deceptions made this house a living hell. The last descendant swore this house would stay a living hell for its residents.

Today, you’ll arrive at the office of a property company. You’re guided through the house in groups of 20 person, and maybe you’ll be the new owner, or maybe not…

This is the second main attraction of Schefferville, Undirasso. This spillwater takes the visitors through the old castle of this town, has 5 drops with a climax of a 15 meter drop at the end.

Between Undirasso and Sir E. Sterlion Circuit is the third main attraction of this area, El Mina d’Oro. You’ll enter the building where you’ve to put on an overall to go into the mines. There’s been an accident and you’re chosen to take part of the rescue mission.

This Vekoma MK900 is a custom indoorcoaster, slightly intense, but still suited for families. The duration is about 2 minutes and the track measures 1300 meters, with 2 lifthills.

A few extra rides are added to this area, a droptower, a boat hire platform, an dodgems attraction and a swinging ship. At the end of this area (close to 2 bridges, we’ve placed some shops and toilets, first aid and an information desk.

The children area, although it isn’t completed at this screen. Open the download to have the whole picture. Here I’ve placed a children coaster and a slide tower. The chairlift makes connection with the second station at Bojador. This section has been extended towards the mountain, with a cable tram, a monorail, a merry-go-round, a flying carpet, and a ferris wheel. (the hill-section isn’t visible at this screenshot)

Cloysterburgh, the old medieval town at Forlindon. This is the setting of 3 attractions, a familycoaster, a darkride and a merry-go round.

Baldrick (yes, I’ve stolen the name)was a servant of the lord. On one of his walks through the royal forests he discovered a group whom made plans to attack the lord. He ran back to the castle as quickly as he could and managed to warn every soldier to prevent the conspiracy. This is a Vekoma custom junior coaster.

Pelion was the home of the soldier trainingcenter. Here they could practice their skills on a wooden horse in a safe environment. This is a merry-go-round attraction

The Curse of Count Cloysterburgh tells the story about the cursed count of this city. The Count has to marry a noble lady, but falls in love with a beautiful citizen. Try to find a way to cancel the curse and save the city from any harms.

There’s also a small theater in which 2 knights are performing a real swordfight and we’ve got another area where you can take up an intiation in archery.

The gardens of this town are a very well loved place to come to a rest and enjoy the scenery.

The Flower-gardens are part of the Belle Epoque themed area (around 1900). Here we’ll find 3 soft attractions, a cycling track, a lookout tower and a mill-attraction (or how do you call this?) These attractions are set in an peacefull and quiet environment, so anyone is directly transported to the beginning of the 20th century.

An overview of the Belle Epoque area. At the front left, you’ll notice the first big attraction of this area, Agissua. At the beginning of the 20th century, some of the citizens where whealty enough to build real palaces. The lord Agissua wanted to impress everyone and started building a huge palace, build on a hill between 2 lakes. He wanted this palace to be unique and thought of a very original transport system. Although it seemed to be a bit wet at the end… This is a Mack Log Flume, with invertors

Behind the huge building of the Commission of colonial development is a kind of park located. The commission tries to discover which animals are well suited to this weather. They organize trips in the reserved area to gain some money, but they can be surprisingly. This is an B&M inverted coaster, named Tarréga and is partly build in the hill. It’s length is 650 metres, it’s maximum height 16.5 metres.

Other rides in this area are: an 4D-cinema, an oldtimer ride, a train ride and another ‘mill’-attraction.

This is Bojador, a fishermansvillage which is located on sea to prevent wild animals to attack the village. This area contains a watercoaster, a ‘mill’ and a slidetower. The watercoaster (Le Solvable) has 3 splashes and takes visitors on a fishing trip. Here’s also the second station of the chairlift, the other station lies at the childrenarea.

The City of Williamsburg welcomes you. Here you’ll find a Mack Wild Mouse coaster (which goes through all of the 4 office blocks), a maze to show you’re deductional talents and a mini golf, to hit away all the stress of a managers life.

The park management has plans to renovate this area into a new themed area, in which the hotel is included. Today, the hotel isn’t very well themed, but contains a B&M multilooper and an Enterprise. These 2 attractions are still open after closing time, just in favor of the hotel residents. There’s also a beach where the guest can swim or take a sunbath when the weather’s fine.

This is the main theater of the park. It’s themed to look like a Scandinavian theater, because it’s located at the edge of that area. Every day, 3 shows are performed. And after closing hours, there’s a different show. Guest (hotel as well as non-hotel) have to pay an extra ticket to watch this evening show.

Like i’ve already mentioned, this is the Scandinavian area. It lies between the hotel and the theatre and contains 5 attractions. The first one is the biggest one, Fjord Rafting. The park has also installed a (double) simulator, a darkride, a B&M Flying coaster and a Huss Topspin.

This area is a very little area, but it contains one of the best attractions of the park. It’s the Canyon area, and has 2 attractions, an Intamin launch coaster and an Intamin droptower. The launchcoaster takes you from 0 to 144 km/h in just over 2 seconds. After that, it travels through caves and tunnels, is launched a second time to compete with another train.

The last themed area is themed to be an Archeological site. Here, you’ll find a Vekoma Mine-train coaster (Ramses’ Tomb), a darkride (Curse of Tutanchamon), a camel ride and a jeep ride.

Pay attention. This park is already completed, but that isn’t always visible on the screenshots. If you want the completed park, just download it. Only RCT2 is needed.

It is my first roller coaster project in Roblox. This facility is one of the collective memories of the people of Hong Kong. I believe that this can bring memories to all people.

However, this facility was permanently closed in August 2021 due to increased maintenance costs and COVID-19 issues. It limited the development of my project, such as creating 3D models without images or video. For these reasons, I would like to collect these images to help develop my project. Well I looked around on my laptop and I founded this http://themeparkreview.com/game_exchange/ in announcing game exchange clicked on the link and somehow I was still not logged onto the game exchange when I still logged onto this main tpr site! Saw all park downloads again and founded the parks Glenwood Park Modernized by rocketman1219, Pelican Bay by cyrbuzz, and Euroworld by themeparksbuzz again and was happy to see them for a second until I tried to log in with my same codes for this site and says wrong password like really? Then tried logging in to see if i can get any luck or not which I didn't says page does not exist!

That's very interesting and odd at the same time game exchange not halfway working! If anybody happens to have a chance of these three parks I'm looking for or if anybody can fix bring back the game exchange on here so that I can download the parks I liked so much again! Thanks so much!

Well, recently (since I found the 'search' button ) I have noticed that many people have posted RCT2 help topics. So I decided to make a whole thread, where you can all ask your RCT2 queries.

And (thanks DBru) you will also be able to post any suggestions that help you the most when playing RCT2, e.g. double paths, queue lines, themeing coasters etc.

To start this thread off I have a couple of suggestions for building coasters.

1) When building Giga Coasters, sometimes the longer the coaster is, the more intensity it gains. Instead of just building HUGE drops, try to incorporate as much twisted track as possible into the ride, making drops more un-expected.

2) Try to avoid building high excitement coasters near the entrance of your park. This usually causes a lot of crouding, making your park very 'peep inefficient' (a little term a made up ), plus, with a ride having low capacity, the queue line fills up, and you end up with heaps of tired guests. My solution, build the coaster, but before using any themeing, test the ride to gain excitement rating, very high excitement rating is usually boaderline.

3) The best way to get lots of peeps into your park is to build the majority of your more exciting rides at the back of your park, this means that most of your guests will move towards the back, leaving plenty of space at the front for more peeps to come in.

BREAKING NEWS!

TPL INC. has just announced that they will be building a Brand-New Theme Park! Remember that TPL INC. is an International Theme parks builder and owner, that has built many famous theme parks around the world! and now its time that Orlando experiences this New type of Adventure!

YES! Orlando is the place chosen by TPL developers to create this "New and exciting adventure that will be more than you can ever expect!"

Our reporters went to the site where the park is being built and the entrance its quite done, don't know why they already built the entrance but it's sure that the park will be Amazing!

TPL INC. announced that the park will be divided by lands, called Pavilions or Countries. the Entrance will be by entering Germany, then the guests will be free to choose what pavilion to visit.

This is the entrance of the Park and the first buildings of the Germany land.

Next to the Winduffer Eatery (that's how the restaurant is called) a steel structure is rising. maybe a rock work mountain? a ride? only time will tell, because nothing has been officially announced. Rumours say its a indoor-outdoor roller coaster themed to a mountain valley. who knows?

I tried to add ride audio, but my version is slightly longer than the original.

[RCT2] Glenwood Park

I've been following all of the projects on here for a while and I am really impressed by them. Most of them look very lifelike and are well detailed. I don't know if this park will measure up to the standards on here or not, but I am very satisfied with it. It's something that there isn't a lot of on here, an old-fashioned amusement park. Veteran RCT2 players will probably recognize a lot of the items as well as the landscape as I am a big user of Steve Franks' excellent creations. So, without further ado, welcome to Glenwood Park circa 1928.

Entrance, Carousel, and Picnic Area.BMP

Guests enter through an elaborate Oriental-Style Casino Building. To their right is a picnic grove for those who brought their own lunches and the park's magnificent PTC carousel. The large building to the left is one of the stations for the park's train ride.

Continuing along the right-side midway, we encounter Deep-Dip Thriller. This coaster was built in 1904 as a typical figure-eight layout of the era, and was reprofiled in 1915 by John Miller with steeper drops and under-friction track. Its steepest drop is 22 feet. The building to the left of Deep Dip Thriller is a place for rotating exhibits and craft shows. To the right of Deep Dip Thriller is the park office, the Old Mill water ride, and the train station for this side.

Finally, we come to our first large roller coaster. This is Big Dipper, built in 1925 by John Miller and Harry Baker, it is a fun-filled, airtime loaded thrilling machine.

Big Dipper features an 82-foot first drop, a double dip, and nine other large hills along its 2,878ft long course.

As we continue around to the left, our next major roller coaster is the Cyclone. Built in 1926 by Vernon Keenan, it features fourteen hills, six turnarounds, and a first drop of 72 feet in 3,330ft of track.

Heading down the midway now, we reach Kiddy Land, a scaled-down amusement park featuring rides just for kids! The wee ones even have their own carousel and roller coaster. The coaster was built in 1928 by Fred Church after his success with the concept at Playland. Its first drop of 13ft is perfect for young coaster-lovers in training.

Continuing past Kiddy Land, we encounter some of the park's larger rides, including a whip, Caterpillar, Ferris Wheel, haunted house walk-through, and the Circle Swing.

After crossing over the park's railroad track, we come to the station of the largest and most terrifying roller coaster in the park, Lightning. Built in 1927 by the legendary Harry Traver (along with Prior and Church), Lightning is tied with Blue Streak from Woodcliffe Pleasure Park in Poughkeepsie, NY (real coaster, anyone ever seen it?) as the world's tallest roller coaster at 125ft tall.

After that 125ft drop, Lightning enters an extremely twisted track layout that will drop you fourteen more times and features one of Traver's signature tilted helixes. All of this at a top speed of 64 miles per hour. Hold on Tight! Also shown in this photo is our 1913 Tickler from William Mangels, our 1920 Round-A-Bout from PTC, and our Penny Arcade and Nickelodeons(the 5-cent movies, not the TV channel) building.

Heading past Lightning, we come upon a more sedate attraction, our dark ride manufactured in 1925 by the Pretzel Amusement Company. Inside this building, riders will encounter a total of twenty dark ride stunts.

Believe it or not, @ 43 years old, I finally become an official member of the themeparkreview.com. To say the least… I’m quite excited about the prospect of sharing all of my Park/Coaster/Industry memorabilia; we’re talking close to 35 years worth of STUFF. everything from Maps, to roller coaster! Magazines, inside track magazines, ACE newsletters, press, releases, and, of course… Photos. Lots of photos.
As you can tell, I more or less rediscovered the collection myself only recently. In doing so, it had never dawned on me just how much I managed to collect over the years. Until now.
Courtesy of the pandemic, I feel that we are now living in a sort of parallel universe; where anything and everything is possible. Some of it good, some of it not so good. Progress winds change, right?
That’s my rant… I apologize… In my own rediscovery of this collection of memorabilia has opened my eyes up to a whole new world of possibilities that I can’t say I’m all that thrilled about. But nevertheless, I also discovered that I do not have my 1992 souvenir map of Six Flags over Mid America, known today as Six Flags St. Louis. Clear protective sleeve is empty. So, if anyone has a spare or is willing to sell the one they have… Please contact me.

The History of Six Flags South Carolina (Charleston Gardens Amusement Park)

The South Carolina Amusements Company, which was comprised of entrepreneur Michael May and his business partners, purchased over 200 acres of land outside of Charleston, South Carolina in 1973 to build a family-oriented amusement park that would serve as a regional entertainment destination. The land chosen for the park was a tree-filled hilly tract of land with several small and medium-sized lakes.

Construction quickly took off during the second half of the year. By January of 1974 a significant amount of the park's infrastructure was in place, laying the foundation for the park's line of attractions.

The park held its grand opening in 1975 and was met with a great response from guests. One of the park's most notable rides was Carolina Calamity, a rather small mine train coaster that utilized the park's hilly terrain. The ride was well-known for its halfway-through-the-ride lifthill and its grand finale drop under the station. Although only a handful of rides opened with the park, including Carolina Calamity, a train, log flume, dark ride, and several flat rides, the quaintness and classic charm of the amusement park attracted families from across the region. Guests were also treated to live entertainment at the park's mainstreet theater.

1976 brought Derecho, a massive wooden coaster that received its name from a powerful windstorm that nearly destroyed the support structure of the coaster during construction. The 10-story wooden monster put the amusement park on the map as not only a family amusement park but also a magnet for thrill seekers.

With the addition of the Atlantic Avenue midway in 1977, the park's paths made a complete "loop." The new midway included a new train station, as well as new shops and restaurants. However, the lack of a new marketable attraction hurt the park, and with falling attendance numbers, Michael May resigned from his position as the park's general manager. Days before the park was to be sold piece-by-piece at an auction, Funtime Parks, Inc. (Geauga Lake) purchased the failing park.

Funtime Parks replace The Great Twist with The Great Swings in 1978. The beautiful, iconic attraction brought families back to the park. However, new General Manager Joseph Reynolds realized that more was needed to make the amusement park sustainable.

In 1979, South Carolina experienced a Heatwave... a Schwrazkopf shuttle loop coaster. Guests were amazed at the ride's then-unique 360 degree vertical loop. The coaster drew large crowds, once again placing the park on thrill seekers' maps.

1980 saw the addition of Gully River Rapids, a large river rapids attraction that left riders soaked beyond belief. The ride was one of the first of its kind, again drawing crowds from across the region to ride the unique attraction.

Gully Gulch Grill, the park's then-largest restaurant, opened in 1981, replacing the park's iconic SkyWheel attraction.

However, SkyWheel would not disappear forever. The ride reopened in 1982 as a part of the Harbortown expansion. The area, themed to a beach town, included SkyWheel and an antique cars ride, and increased the size of the park by 25 percent.

No new attractions opened in 1983. Although, many general improvements were made at the park, including expanded retail and dining options.

1984, the park's tenth season, brought the addition of Vulture, a large Arrow suspended coaster. Standing over 120 over the park and travelling at speeds of 55 mph, Vulture utilized the side of a hill to create an exhilarating, close-to-the-ground ride experience. Although with the addition of Vulture came the closure of Carolina Calamity. The park's first coaster closed for good at the end of the 1984 season.

Gardenhill Pass, the largest addition in the park's history, opened in 1985. This area included a large outdoor theater and a swan boating area. The area also connected Harbortown with the park's mainstreet area.

In 1986, Vortex opened in Gardenhill Pass, expanding the lineup of thrill rides.

The 1987 season was marked by a new parking tram system, along with many general park improvements.

Emerald Bay, a new park area situated around a large lake which included the Millipede family rollercoaster and Washout, opened in 1988.

Funtime Parks, Inc. put Charleston Gardens up for sale before the 1989 season, the park's 15th season.. The new Magic Carpet ride was hardly marketable and so the park continued to see mediocre attendance numbers. Joseph Reynolds was transferred to another FPI park and the park's future was left uncertain as FPI sought out a new owner.

However, the end of the 1989 season brought a new worry: Hurricane Hugo. The Category 4 storm struck Charleston on September 22 of 1989. The park and city were damaged heavily, some areas beyond recognition. Joe Martin joined the Charleston Gardens saga in 1992 as a local journalist assigned to the story of the abandoned amusement park. The city purchased the park in early 1992. The city began clearing out heavily-damaged areas of the park as they sought out a new owner. Several rides were removed including the iconic SkyWheel.

On November 1st of 1992, Six Flags announced that they had purchased the park and that it would reopen in 1994 as Six Flags South Carolina, over four years since Hugo had struck. The park announced that Batman: The Ride would be part of a $30 million investment in the park, along with extensive ride and building repairs. The park reopened to record-setting crowds.

Tidal Wave, a Premier hybrid splash boats ride opened in 1995.

Monster Mash Hotel closed at the end of the 1995 season to make way for Scooby Doo and the Mystery Mansion dark ride which opened the following year in 1996.

The park expanded the Gotham Backlot area in 1997 with two new thrill rides, a food kiosk, and a new outdoor theater showing a Batman stunt show. Viper (Heatwave) closed in the middle of the season.

In 1998, Six Flags South Carolina opened Undertaker, the world's first floorless coaster. The ride occupied the land that was once home to Viper (Heatwave). The compact coaster drastically changed the park's skyline.

Parachute was removed in early 1999 to make way for Rebellion, a 260 foot tall drop tower, that dominated the skies at Six Flags South Carolina. The ride was one of the most terrifying ride at the park, drawing riders from all across the region. Joe Martin was let go from his position with the local newspaper and moved to Dallas in late 1999.

Thirteen-year-old Tommy Powers began posting Six Flags South Carolina updates on his GeoCities website in early 2000. This coincided with the announcement of Superman: Ride of Steel, a 210 foot tall hypercoaster that would change Six Flags South Carolina forever. The coaster quickly became a favorite with guests, and it topped many coaster enthusiasts' top ten lists. This Superman: Ride of Steel differed from its cousins in that it utilized the park's hilly terrain. RoadRunner, originally opened as Millipede, closed in late 2000.

Vertical Velocity, the park's first launched coaster since Viper (Heatwave), opened in 2001 to great reviews. The 180-foot-tall inverted impulse coaster changed the skyline of the park once again. Its two towers intimidated guests as they entered the park.

2002 finally brought a much-needed children's area to Six Flags South Carolina. Bugs Bunny National Park was home to a plethora of rides for children and famillies alike and was one of the largest expansions in the park's history. Several rides, shows, and interactive play structures were the main draws of this new area. The park mourned the death of Michael May, one of the park's original founders, in mid-2002.

SkyCoaster opened in 2003 as an upcharge attraction. The ride was located in a new area of the park, adjacent to the also new-for-2003 Picnic Grove group catering facility. The ride was met with mixed reviews due to its extra fee. Vulture closed halfway through the end of the 2003 season. Joseph Reynolds also retired after the 2003 season concluded. Indigo Plunge, the park's log flume, was renamed Deer Park Plunge.

Bugs Bunny National Park expanded in 2004 with the addition of a new ride and the Character Cafe, an interactive eatery. Scrambler was relocated to the area and renamed Sylvester's Spin.

Green Falcon, a large B&M flying coaster, opened in 2005 as Vulture's replacement. The coaster utilized the hillside terrain and flew riders at speeds of up to 57 mph and climbed to heights of 130 feet. The unique coaster offered a new style of thrill for guests at Six Flags South Carolina.

SkyCoaster did not return for the 2006 season. Despite Six Flags' financial woes, the park debuted Firebomb, an S&S SkySwat in 2006. The park also celebrated Derecho's 30th anniversary.

2007 was a quiet year at Six Flags South Carolina. Other than Garden Grill being converted into a Johnny Rocket's restaurant, no big changes were made to the park. The Summer Concert Series brought well-known musical acts to the Green Pearl Theater during the summer months.

Tony Hawk's Big Spin opened in 2008 and was a great coaster for the entire family to ride. An Xtreme Trampoline ride also opened near the new coaster.

Superman: Ride of Steel was transformed into Bizarro for the 2009 season. On top of the new purple and blue color scheme, fire and other special effects were added to enhance the ride experience.

Buccaneer Battle, an interactive water ride, replaced Deer Park Plunge for the 2010 season. Riders boarded large boats that travelled slowly through a "lagoon", passing various targets (and other guests) that riders could soak with their on-board water guns.

It looks as though Six Flags South Carolina has a bright future ahead. The park has been cleared to construct a 105-foot-tall Great Coasters International wooden coaster for the 2011 season, and the park is already clearing land for a rumored waterpark that will open adjacent to the amusement park in 2012. The area surrounding the park is drawing new businesses, including resort hotels, further establishing Six Flags South Carolina as a resort destination.

Bobsled was an built in-house roller coaster was based on Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland, Unlike Matterhorn Bobsleds, This ride did not house the coaster.

Just the lift hill. and they had splash down at the end of ride.

Tilt-A-Whirl

Tilt-A-Whirl was an flat ride about spinning around.

And there's a mysterious Tumble Bug that relocated

from Euclid Beach Park in Cleveland, Ohio! But never opened due to budget issues.

BioShock Infinity Coaster

BioShock Infinity Coaster

After the big BioShock darkride by FM-rides there will be a complete and huge themed area in Gametropolis Theme Park featuring the BioShock theme. The big mall from the video will be implemented as well as the known darkride within a 4D darkride. The biggest ride of that area will be the Gerstlauer Infinity coaster: BioShock Infinity Coaster. The coaster will start with a darkride part section with launch and after that you will enter the big lighthouse tower to the top...

This coaster is a high speed indoor and outdoor experience with many special effects and special elements unique in Planet Coaster so far.

My Trip to Valleyfair! (No-Limits 2)

Valleyfair! This park is amazing! I think it's a middle tier Cedar Fair park, and it gets a bit too much hate. Yeah, the ride lineup is not the best, but this park is beautiful! It's pretty and is well taken care of by the people at Valleyfair. Here is how my day went at this cedar fair park in Minnesota.

At around 9am I started my drive from the Hampton Inn I was staying it, which was only about 8 minutes away. You could see Power Tower and North Star from the lobby!

As I was driving on the main road adjecent to Wild Thing, I was stunned!

This thing is massive! It looked much taller than Mamba at Worlds of Fun.

Suprisingly, I didn't really have a problem with traffic, and I got to drive right in. Even had time to stop at take some more pictures!

Steel Venom looks sick!

It's such an eyesoar when you pull into the parking lot!

My belly is flipping and twisting just looking at these pictures!

After parking in a spot, which was right at the front! I walked in, ready to ride some rides!

The entrance is so pretty!

Welcome to Valleyfair!

As soon as I got in, I was so tempted from pulling in the parking lot, I just HAD to snag a ride on Steel Venom!

That spike looks intense!

Wild Thing is truly wild! It winds all over the path leading up to Route 76.

Steel Venom! This is an Intamin Impulse (Twist & Spike model) that opened in 2003. It is still one of the originial Impulses to have a holding brake on the reverse vertical spike. With a total height of 185ft, this beast launches you at 70mph using a LIM Multi Pass! When I got off this ride, I was shocked! It was super intense, and the airtime going up the vertical roll is amazing! And, when that holding brake hits, you get jerked forward causing all of your body weight to smash into the restraint. It's so fun! I personally think this is better than Wicked Twister at Cedar Point! I think it is one of the BEST Intamin Impulses!

At around 10:15ish, more people started to rush in the park. I knew what time it was... Running of the bulls!

As I was walking towards Planet Snoopy, I got some amazing shots of Wild Thing!

But overall, this ride is not as bad as I thought it would be! It's actually pretty enjoyable.

This Arrow Dynamics coaster opened in 1980, with the orginial color scheme of blue and white!

The ride is 85 feet tall, reaches a max speed of 50 mph, and has 3 inversions! This ride is pretty short with a length of only 1,950 feet of track. I actually like this ride! I think it's a bit janky with that helix at the end, but other than that, it's alright.

It has some great airtime! It's 70 feet tall, only 10 shorter than Corkscrew, but also 50mph. This ride is much longer than Corkscrew though, and has some good airtime! I was suprised! I flew out of my seat at some points!

Wild Thing! This Morgan Hyper is a monster! It stands 207 feet making it the tallest out of the 3 here in America. It has a max speed of 74mph, so it's pretty fast! I do agree that is indeed Mild Thing more less Wild Thing, and that midcourse really ruined the opportunity with those bunny hills. We could've had Magnum airtime! But we got little to no floater. I think High Roller has more airtime.

This GCI opened in 2007, and has a max height of 97 feet and a max speed of 51.3 mph. It's a bit shorter than most GCIs at only 3,113 feet

Hey everybody so I have this idea for so many years but I have never showed it to the public. So basically I made 3D models of giant roller coasters portrayed as robots like Transformers,Voltron and Mecha franchises. So these two roller coaster robots our based off of their real life counterparts as you notice the images. And I know this idea seems very weird but I'm just using my imagination. So I decided to to use the hills from the roller coasters and use them as heads instead. So for example if I see a roller coaster that has a loop inversion I would use that as a head as well!! The pink and yellow roller coaster It's called X or now known as X2 at six flags magic mountain in Valencia California It's considered the world's first 4th dimension roller coaster made by Arrow Dynamics. The red blue and yellow roller coaster is called Superman:Escape from Krypton located in the same park as well manufactured by intamin of Switzerland. Please don't go crazy about anything I was board I didn't have anything else to do

[RCT3] Union Valley Amusement Park

Hello! I am an old time member of themeparkreview and have not been on in a long while. I've been working on a new project as of recent and wanted to start a thread as I continue progress on this park. I hope you all enjoy This is a larger park with multiple areas planned, the current view is of lesser-intense family friendly area inspired by a recent trip to the Big E. It features a ferris wheel, mini-freefall, circus, snacks, midway games, chairswing, and tumbling ferry ride. I'm hoping to include a small roller coaster, a haunted house, a restaurant, bathrooms, and a souvenir store

Hello!

More than 10 years ago, the user dmaxsba2408 very diligently created a topic which compiled many custom made RCT2 objects. However, he locked the topic hoping to unlock it after he finished uploading all the objects but he never did. Another admin uploaded the files to Game Exchange, but that doesn't exist anymore (or does it?). The files are still uploaded and alive in this topic but it is only currently accessible by moderators.

The First Excursion

Hi! I'm Logan Fields, a 26 year old enthusiast out of Greensburg, Kansas, with plans to move to Kansas City soon. I've always heard of this place, but never been......until now. This is Six Flags Kansas City, formerly Paramount's Kings Wonderland, located in the Missouri side of Kansas City. It has 10 coasters and a bunch of exciting flat rides, and also a shoot-the-chutes and log flume.

Drove out of Greensburg at 7:00 in the morning. 4 hours and 46 minutes later, near noon, I arrived at the park.

Here we are!

I heard a child see this and ask his mom "Why is Cupid at Six Flags?" I absolutely laughed.

Promptly hit the Eiffel Tower for some views.

What do you spy? I spy an invert, a stand-up, a Flying Dutchman and a box thing, It later turned out there was a top spin in the box.

Exited the tower and walked over the bridge that goes over Spa Lake (not pictured). Decided to let fate select my first coaster.

Kansas Streak it is then.

CCI always does good things with their coasters and this is no exception. Solid dang ride.

It also broke down just after I got it.

Happily skipped this piece o'***.

Spinner was closed. It turns out it had an accident a few days before.

Which means it's time for this. They let me bring my camera on. ;D

The drop was a lot more exciting and forceful than I expected. Nearly lost the camera.

What's in the box?

This thing then. I'd quote the spiel but no one wants to hear that spiel again, am I right?

Couldn't find Cupid. Disappointing.

I'll keep my review of this brief: Wow, I've never had a coaster try to kill me before.

Why is it so forceless?

Riddler's Revenge.

When I entered the queue I saw a man exiting the ride, in tears, clutching his family jewels in pain. I soon found out why. Many expletives were shouted.

Joker's Revenge.

Sorry, whoever was in the row behind me and got showered with my spew.

It was also the most off-the-rails Top Spin I've ever ridden.

Racer.

Blue side was fun, if a little shaky. We lost.

Red side was somehow winning every single lap without fail. It felt a bit faster too. Rigged!

Nothing in the kids area worth a darn.

Fun looking log flume. Also closed.

Shoot the chutes. Didn't ride because I was afraid of my camera taking on water. Totally forgot about the lockers.

Took a bathroom break. Sunset came.

Kiddie coaster. Didn't ride.

With just a short time left before closing, decided to get a final ride in on this beauty.

It's even better in the dark.

No fireworks. Disappointing, but I've heard there will be some next year.

Satisfied, called it a day and endured the near 5 hour drive back to Greensburg. Moving day just can't come soon enough.

The upper class is celebrating a New Years Eve grand party in the 'Kashmir Restaurant', when it is hit by upcoming events which will forever change the fate of the underwater-town and its citizens. Follow us beyond the sea to discover Raptures most dazzling beauty and its darkest secrets.

Frank Hirshman, the star architect of rapture and close friend of Andrew Ryan, rose and walked slowly and elegantly out of his bedroom alongside the gallery of the unsparing, some would say luxurious appartement. Its highlight marked the big panorama-window which gave a perfect view to the throning city at the bottom of the sea. He descended the stairs and quickly left the accomodation. He disliked coming late and nevertheless had to find Louise who already was up on her way to the midnight-ball in the Kashmir-Restaurant.

Want to use a mini sky ride to make things fly in my store. Are there kits or plans out there for making a mini?

I sell Harry Potter, Dragons, Dr Who and other themes in my store. Most of them fly. So I thought a mini sky ride with detachable cars would be an awesome way to have multiple flying dragons and the like

going in my store.

Are there any kits or plans out there for making a mini?

yes, I know just a single cable with a reversible motor would be easier, I could just switch who the flyer was each day.

just like to have the different themes taking turns.

The year is 2377, after 78 years of further construction Tigron is no more and what stands is a beast like no other. This is Tigron XL. 3500 ft tall, 284 mph and more the a minute of time removed from your seat. Fly through the city of the Cyberpunk Madness that is The Land of Super Zaiden. The newest section of the Ultimate Mega park The World of Legends. It does not get bigger then this.

I’m a ride op at Legoland Cali which has led me to be pretty familiar with Legos! I recently went to Disneyland for the first time post covid and got to experience Rise of the Resistance for the first time ever, and that’s a whole story for another time. Anyway I thought I’d have some fun and make a model of the trackless ride vehicle using what I had at home (trust me it could’ve been a lot better if I had the whole park to my disposal, but I’m making this on my off day of work haha). I gave it three sets of wheels so it moved pretty smoothly, partially obscured by a layer of bricks to give it more of the trackless feel. Anyway this was just a fun little project so I hope you enjoy! (Also helps to have a lego AT-AT lying around!)

so the only theme park sport i've played is "topic park global" at the ps2 and that i genuinely cherished it, so i've been thinking of finding a more moderen subject matter park/roller coaster sport to play on laptop.

planet coaster gave the look of loads of amusing and i love how unfastened you're inside the building segment, but the park management in it appears to be lacking.. so i'm searching out the first-class sport that has each a high-quality gadget for constructing your very ow 10.0.0.0.1 n curler coasters however additionally dealing with your park after you've built the whole thing.

what would you men propose for me? some thing this is playable on windows 10. cheers!
