In 2012, Walt Disney World featured a special event for 'Leap Day' (February 29th) - the park was open from 24 hours - 6:00am on Feb 29th to 6:00am on March 1st. This was the first time Magic Kingdom was open a full 24 hours at a time! Below is a report from our complete 'One More Disney Day' at Magic Kingdom, timestamped so you can follow along. 04:00 - Up early. Gotta shower and head to Magic Kingdom for "One More Disney Day!"

04:29 - In my car. On my way to Magic Kingdom.

04:42 - Not the park we are going to!

04:47 - Hooray! We made it!

04:50 - Ok, everyone remember where we parked!

04:54 - So far, not too many people here.

04:58 - VERY long line at the Magic Kingdom ticket booths!

05:02 - Time to get on the monorail!

05:04 - Our carriage approaches!

05:15 - Here is the crowd waiting at Magic Kingdom. It kinda looks worse than it was, but really, this picture is the ONLY people that were there at this time.

05:20 - Special Mickey Ears and pins to celebrate the event they handed out when you enter! The ears were limited to the first 3,000 people who went through the turnstiles.

05:25 - Waiting for the opening ceremony to begin!

05:29 - Note. I do not look sexy in Mickey ears. I do not look sexy at all.

05:31 - TPR at Magic Kingdom for One More Disney Day!
