PLAYLAND PARK - A RCT2 park - NEW UPDATE 5/9/13
I do hope that Riptide & Xcelerator's track get re-painted. Both rides still have their original paint on.

i will say at last WCB SFMM disapointed while Knotts shined bright. I ended up dropping the cash for a Season Pass to knotts right there at the park. SFMM was just depressing.

KNOTT'S UPDATE 1/26/13!!!!
So, I was at Knott's yesterday and took some photos to share of the construction. I forgot to take photos of the Schoolhouse Road construction. Basically, all the old asphalt from the schoolhouse to the glassblower has been taken out and will be replaced by nice, new concrete.

- Well, Boomerang is getting new paint! Yes, Boomerang's track will be painted green! It's safe to assume it's getting re-painted since a portion of the ride has already been re-painted.

I always though that Boomerang's color scheme was butt ugly, in addition it simply being a painful ride. At least they can address the first problem. 
It would be a shame to lose a shop name like "Perilous Paraphenalia." (Do items in the store attack you?)

Hopefully Xcelerator gets re-painted, with a new color scheme. I wish they were getting something major, but anything is better than Perilous Plunge. I never rode it when I visited because of the cycle times.

I always love it when parks change the color schemes of rides as it is always good to have some change. I can't wait to see Boomerang with the new paint.
