^I'm not entirely positive since I don't use that classification for my own credits, but I think they are just water coasters, like de Vliegende Hollander at Efteling, or Sea World Orlando's Journey to Atlantis.

 

Either that, or they are log flumes and shoot-the-chutes.

Watched the video of that coaster and it just seems like a launched coaster, why would this be considered a liquid coaster?

 

That coaster used to be a water coaster, but later had its water portions removed and became a launched coaster. So if you're watching a video of it, you're not imagining things, it is no longer a water coaster.
