[RCT3] Summer Point Resort

Recommended Posts

Hello! I am currently creating a new resort theme park in Rct3. The theme park will have many flat rides and coasters, along with many themed lands. The construction crew has been hard at work in creating this park, and they have already completed half of the main street plaza. The highlight of this resort, will be the hotel itself. Located in the center of the park, it will house nearly 600 rooms, and be themed to the old Americana that is the main street. The construction crew started work on this park about a month ago, and with a goal in mind, they are working day and night to finish the resort as soon as possible. The owner of the park has not released a date for when the resort will be open, looking at the current state, it should be a while.

From the start of March, to today, March 21, the construction crew has already built this much.

This may look like the interior to Broadway Burger, but it is the Crystal Art Coffee House.

Over the past month or so, the construction crew for Summer Point Resort has been working very hard and efficiently in trying to complete this resort. About a week ago, the construction crew finished the main street plaza and it looks great. The owner also likes it a lot. Also in that week, the manager of the park, Bryan Hall, wanted things to move faster, and with the approval of the park owner, Mr. Davis, hired more construction crews, and ordered them to start on the hotel.

The hotel will have an additional two street trolley stops, along with a monorail station. In the center of the plaza is the Grand Carousel, which will serve also server as the hub for the park. The hotel will offer magnificent views for the nightly fireworks show when the resort opens to the public.

Guests will see this brown fence when they first walk through the gates of the park. Behind the fence is the maintenance area for the street trolleys, which for some reason, won't operate over paths.

After a few months, I was able to talk to Mr. Davis again and he was kind enough to take some pictures of the construction progress, and he even let me keep them! Mr. Davis told me that the hotel had been finished early due to the extra 500 construction crew members. When I asked what was next, he kinda laughed and said, "Uh, well I don't really know yet......" I went to talk to Mr. Hall and he said that I should talk to one of the lead artists for the resort. So a few days later I went to talk to the lead artist, Mrs. Hawk. Mrs. Hawk showed me a few concept art images and I was really impressed. When she asked if I liked them I said "Yes I do, I really love them. These ideas would be great in a park like this." At this time, I had to go back home, and Mrs. Hawk told me that Mr. Davis would call you out in a few weeks to check up on the park. Anyways, here are the photos of the construction progress that Mr. Davis let me have.

The hotel is almost complete. In total, the hotel took just over three months to complete. With 1,000 construction crew members working on the hotel 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, the hotel was built very fast.

The construction crew said that the most complex part of the hotel was the monorail station on the top floor. But after that was complete, construction moved much faster.

As the ceiling and roof were completed, so was the interior lighting. There are 5 chandeliers in the hotel, as well as a lot of popcorn lights around the building.

The exterior of the hotel at day time. When I saw this, I immediately thought of the Disneyland Paris Hotel.

And finally, as I promised, the outside of Crystal Arts Coffee House. I still have no idea what to call the hotel, if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
