Oryp
Here's a thread for all my NoLimits projects, so as not to clutter up the forum with a bunch of different threads. Enjoy and please comment! First up is a GCI terrain coaster I'm working on at the moment. Everything is hand-built, except supports for now. The terrain is not mine, and is used with permission. Overview of the whole ride From the other side. Edited April 2, 2014 by Oryp

djboss302
Can we get a POV?
Oryp
Thanks for the feedback! I'll get a POV for you once I finish working out all the clearance issues and such. Soon, I promise! (I just started working on this yesterday, so there's still a lot to do.) EDIT: Here's a POV. There are still some clearance problems, but I'll work them out later. It's still very much a work in progress. Sorry there's no sound, I tend to leave it off in the simulator and forgot to turn it on to record. Oryp
Had a day off yesterday so I started work on a terrain Intamin multi-launcher. Here are some pics and a preview video. Everything after the second launch is probably going to change soon. Enjoy! Overview
A.J.
Terrain Intamin? Looks more like a terrain Schwarzkopf to me.
Oryp
I was going for more of a family-oriented ride, somewhere between Verbolten and Cheetah Hunt.
Oryp
I made this a while back, but I thought I should give this thread an update for NoLimits 2. Here's my first NL2 coaster that I used to figure things out and just get the hang of the program. It's a Mack hyperlite style, inspired by Storm at Etnaland. I think it turned out pretty well considering. Also, I love beam nodes for supports, and that flanges are built in to the program. Overview Twistyyyy Coming soon: An interesting mine train coaster whose design spanned the time before and after NL2's release, so half was designed in NL1. I also have an old GCI I did in NL1 that is much better than the one earlier in this thread, so I may bring it over to NL2 and finish it up. Oryp
I posted this in the Knoebels thread but thought I'd put it here for the sake of compilation. I threw together a mockup of the Knoebels 2015 ride to allow for a POV vid, so here it is! It was put together pretty quickly so there may be some pumps and clearance issues and such, but you get the idea. Enjoy, and let me know if you want me to share the park file. Oryp
Well, bad news. My hard drive failed, and I hadn't backed up my NL2 files yet. I had a sweet mine train coaster where the first half was done in NL1, and I finished it up and added a second lift and section using NL2. I had some other projects going on as well. Bummer. I saved the key and the installation file, so I should be good to go when I get a new computer. Sigh.
