The video is in another language, but easy to understand what's going on. Even though this an April fools joke, some coasters actually do have child seats to let shorter kids ride them. The first one off the top of my head I can come up with is Impulse at Knoebels with its booster seats that allow for a 48in height requirement instead of 52in. in.
