To attempt a serious answer - the direction that a coaster turns the most is generally arbitrary and is often based on the plot of land that the coaster is being built on.

Do most people write with their right hand? Do we have the right to question the right way for a coaster to turn?

Maybe the roller coasters are right or left handed. We should ask them. The ones that just go straight might be ambidextrous.
