Wow - that's really great to see that many people at the park!

I also hope that more people go so that they can boost some profits and maybe do some rehab to the rides and walkways.

This was the line for wristbands upon my arrival at Conneaut Lake today at noon. After years of vacant midways, it’s nice to see signs of life again!

^So happy to see this! I’m hoping to hit the ACE/WNYCC event at the park next month, it’s usually fun!

Today is $5 Second Sunday. The dry park is $5 and the water park is $10 as normal (unless you have the GroupOn). They were slammed Friday with normal pricing so I assumed today would be busy but it looks like it’s actually too busy. I hope they are handling the crowds ok. Some pictures from a fan site below (original source unknown).

Wow! It is great to see so many people there! Hopefully this season can be the start of bringing the park back to it's former self, or even better!

^Heck yeah! Bring it up to the level it deserves. The 4th car on the Blue Streak went away for a "rehab" a couple years ago and never came back. That would be nice to see!

I'd be willing to bet that the fourth car is on the track right now, but scattered throughout cars 1, 2, and 3...

Just had a chance to catch up on this thread today and all I can say is WOW to those above pics. I was floored that there were lines when I was there on Friday (there were over 100 people in line for the Train!), but those seem like walk-ons compared to Groupon $5 day. That Paratrooper line is insane! I guess I should say "good for them". It is absolutely astounding to see this after so many years of 10 cars in the parking lot and maybe 100 people in the park total.

Is it possible Conneaut Lake Park is a viable business after all? :omg:
