Thanks!

I would wait to get the fast lane. Get there at opening and you'll probably be fine on the dry side. No itinerary necessary.

This is the truth. I spontaneously dropped in for a few hours on a June weekday last summer, and I was able to ride every major coaster (plus a few re-rides) in about 2 hours. Unfortunately Talon was closed that day, but I rode Steel Force, Hydra, Possessed, Demon Drop, Thunderhawk, and Stinger all in that time, the latter two being the only ones I didn't re-ride because they sucked. You will have no problem at all getting on what you want without FastLane.

I got Fast Lane once at Dorney, as they were giving one away free for season passholders last year. It was absolutely useless for everything other than the wild mouse.

Heading here today since the first time since 2002!

Edit: Park is crawling with school kids. Miserable. One train on Hydra. Very hot. Blah.

I love donkeys more than me.

So that means everything is a 5 minute wait instead of a walk-on then?

Even on weekends, all the crowds seem to flock to the water park leaving the rides walk-ons.
Top 5 Wood- Phoenix, Boulder Dash, El Toro, Voyage, Cornball Express
Top 5 Steel- Fury 325, Millennium Force, Twisted Colossus, Skyrush, Superman the Ride
Top 5 Parks- Disneyland, Knoebels, Cedar Point, Magic Kingdom, Holiday World

Haha yeah, that's what it ended up meaning. Still painful as the ops seem to wait until every person has exited the station before even opening the gates.

That seems to becoming the norm at a lot of parks these days. As much as I miss working at a park, the changes in operations so many have made in the last few years I don't know if I could handle it anymore.
