  1. Hello Everyone, To start, my account name is west_coast_coasters! becuase I run the instagram account @west_coast_coasters, I didn't want anyone to be confused becuase I will probably do more trip reports that aren't west coast. WARNING: This trip report contains opinions so different, Disney lovers might need to throw up in MiA's new for 2017 addition, trash cans. Rides: California Screamin (5x): I dont know why, but I didn't like it as much as in years past. I rode it in different rows every time on different trains, and I can definitely say that this is a back row ride. The first hill didn't provide nearly the air that it had in years past, in the middle rows, I got a second of floater air. But in the one time I got in the back, there was about 2 seconds of ejector air. Also I think a trim was added right before the loop becuase I could feel it as we hit it, and it also eliminated the air headed into the loop like normal. Also something really cool was that they were dispatching the trains just right, so when we were headed into the first turn, we had a near miss element with another train. Also they were stacking to the point where they had 2 cars in the station and 2 cars in the break run, but they really started pumping them and within 10 minutes there was no stacking at all. Props to the employees for working to prevent stacking Goofy's Sky School (5x): It was fine. I really wanted to ride coasters that day, and since there are only 2 in the park, you had to do them a lot. I acutally think that this is a good fit for a boardwalk themed area, but the ride needs a repaint. Its faded to the point where you can see the orange track from Mullholland Madness at certain points. Also the billboards have cobwebs and dirt on them, but with a little bit of cleaning and repainting, this ride would be good as new!!! They were running 10-20sec dispatching, so props to them. Luigi's Rollickin Roadsters (1x): It was fun, but pretty jerky. I was getting thrown around alot and the sides of the car were pretty hard. It was defenitly a good replacement, and its worth a ride every visit if the line isn't excessive Mater's Junkyard Jamboree (1x): Super fun! I got some really good whipping action, and the theming was great! The employee were also very friendly, so I have no complaints Radiator Springs Racers (1x): Fun Ride! I got Ramone's Paint Shop instead of Luigi's (which I normally get) so this was a treat. Our car won and the racing was fun. There was 1 moment of semi floater air and one moment of floater air, and it was pretty good air at that. The girl I went with has ridden it a couple times, but she doesn't like it. Soarin over the World (1x): Personally I liked it better than Soarin over California. It was a nice, refreshing change and looks really nice. I will discuss this more below, but my only problem with it was that the images were distorted if you sit on the sides, but it overall was really nicely done. Grizzly River Run (1x): Fun! I got really wet and had a blast, the girl I went with wanted to do it, but didn't have a poncho and didn't want to get wet. Great Ride though! It had the 2nd longest line in the park at about 35 minutes, I had to wait about 5 becuase I did single rider Tower of Terror (4x): Awesome, just awesome! You get really nice airtime and the theming was amazing! I love the storyline and can't wait to see how Mission Breakout turns out. Overall 19 rides and 1 show and I had a great day! Photos are below!!! Just so you know, I do poke fun at Six Flags, Cedar Fair, and Disney in this report but I still love them all and they are all great companies! Entering the park, we see a lovely bakery And then Grizzly Peaks!!!! I love this new area and I think it was a smart decision to change Condor Flats Sign was kinda glitchy. But the return time was in 80min, and the standby was 50min Love the theming!!! Entering Hollywood land, we see an Animation Academy, A Monsters Inc. Dark Ride, A Frozen Show, and in a year, a modern power plant..... Tower of Terror? Not for long. I acutally am excited for the change, SotW was done so well, if Disney does anywhere near as good of a job with this conversion, it'll be an awesome ride! Also the main thing I'm really excited with is the randomized drop sequence, as that will be super cool! Artsy Shot I dont know why but this boiler look like a face After doing Tower of Terror twice, I headed over to Soarin over the world. Let me just say I love this new ride, the only problem is we were sitting on the right, so a lot of the man made things looked distorted. SPOILER ALERT: The orca was so awesome and they did a great job adding it in, but not making it look fake! We saw that CA Screamin was closed, so we headed to Luigi's Rollickin Roadsters, but seriously, that name is harded to pronouce than Rougarou, but I like the name, just hard to pronouce No lines on a summer day!!! Have we magically transported to Dorney Park?!?! Oh wait, there's theming, we couldn't have. They weren't kidding when they said the line was 10 minutes. (It was acutally more like 5 minutes in the end) I randomly decided I wanted this car, but when I was taking the photo, this rude guy pushed past me and the person I was going with and cut us off. So we ended up taking this car!! Overall the ride was really jerky, but I loved it! The person I went with who has bad motion sickness didn't like the spinning at the end and came off feeling sick So then she said she wanted a drink, so we agreed to meet up again at the bench outside Radiator Springs. I told her I'd be out in 30 minutes (cuz I was doing the single rider line) and we split ways. And I got .1 seconds of airtime on this hill!!! I was pretty happy, cuase it was still more than you'd ever get on Goliath at SFMM I WALKED ONTO THE RIDE!!!! If you had timed the amount of time I wasn't moving, it'd probably total around 45 seconds. Single Rider line= SCORE!! Artsy shot of cool looking sign To round out our Cars Land Adventure, we decided to hit Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. We were about to board, and then I think she realized that she'd get sick, so I did it by myself Mater's!!! I love this ride!!! Some more theming pics To make sure that she got to do some stuff (cause she can do 3 rides in the park) we headed to The Little Mermaid ride. I always thought this was a cool little touch, so I decided to take a photo of it Almost there. But we didn't get to ride #sadlife The person l I went with had this much tea left in her cup, so they were going to make her throw it out before she got to ride. She didn't want to since their so expensive, so she said lets go to CA Screamin I spy OSTRs more unnecessary than Revolution After doing it a couple times, she said "Lets go ride Goofy's Sky School!!!" She then realized that Goofy's Sky School was a coaster, so she backed out. I did it with the single rider line 5 times in under 15 minutes. The cars kept hitting each other in the station, I witnessed it twice and was in the car once. It felt like getting hit with a bumper car at Knoebels (I think, I've never been to Knoebels *sad face*) Knowing that I wanted to include her, we earlier in the day got Fastpasses for the Frozen Show! Here is the backside of the Frozen Show entrance The Show was awesome!!!! I felt like it was a worthy replacement to Aladdin and the singers were super good. Olaf was also funny and the Sfen (the reindeer) was really cool Another Artsy Shot using the Fastpass I had left. The ride was great! The last time I rode it, the employee was really into it and that made the experience so much better Before getting in line for the Frozen show, I grabbed 2 fast passes (one using her pass, one using mine) for Tower of Terror. She one time did it and got extremely sick and we had to go home, so she advised against it. What an awesome day!!! And we parked on the 4th floor of Mickey and Friends lot, so when we were headed to the car, I ran over to the edge and got a photo of Star Wars Land construction. I'm happy to report that half the land is flattened and they've started vertical construction with what looks like the Outer Wall thing. Hope you enjoyed!!!
