I was just at SeaWorld this afternoon and happy to see it so crowded (it's of course because of Winter break and the SeaWorld Christmas Celebration going on right now). Here are three photos that I took today of Mako construction. There were people working on it today you could both hear from on the other side of the fence and there's actually a guy up on the reddish/pink lift in the first photo.

I was at Aquatica Orlando a few weeks ago and I took a survey that they had near the exit. That sounds pretty annoying - I said to myself if there was ever a thunderstorm when I was there I would just just keep going through Shark Encounter on the moving floor until the lightening stopped. By the way, did you guys sleep at the top of the beluga exhibit or below at the underwater viewing?

I wonder what happened to the three Commerson's dolphins in the Atlantis aquarium tank?

Just went to SeaWorld Orlando this past Sunday here are some of my favorite photos I took: I recently got an annual pass so if you have any photo requests, I'd be happy to take them next time I come and post them here. Baby flamingo following mom! Not only can you find sea turtles at TurtleTrek, there are still some smaller ones at the pelican exhibit (formally Turtle Pointe) Lots of big active eels in the Jewels of the Sea Aquarium near Journey to Atlantis Sea lion with baby! Shamu underwater viewing Shamu underwater viewing Panoramic Blue Horizons photo towards beginning of show - unfortunately no pilot whales at the 4:30 show when I was there
